Below, we outline the terms of our Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) to ensure your satisfaction and clarify your rights and responsibilities as a customer. Please read this document carefully.

Warranty Period

Our Warranty applies to products supplied by AYRAZ LTD and is subject to different warranty periods based on the specific product. The duration of the warranty (1 year, 2 years, or 3 years) can be found in your order details. For further information, please refer to the warranty service provided with your order.

Warranty Coverage

AYRAZ LTD warrants that the products we supply will be fit for the particular purpose for which they were purchased during the applicable warranty period. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. If the product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will provide repair or replacement of the faulty portion of the product.

When Warranty Becomes Void

Warranty coverage will no longer be valid under the following circumstances:

1. Unauthorized Modifications: Warranty will be void if any unauthorized modification, repair, or tampering, including replacements of the Case, Motherboard, CPU, or BIOS, is performed on the product.
2. Third-Party Repairs: Attempting to diagnose or repair a product purchased from us through a third party will void all warranties on the order. We will not cover any onsite or call-out charges in such cases. Please contact us for assistance and follow the specified returns procedure.
3. Software and Data: We are not liable for any failure of software or hardware, including loss, damage, or corruption of software. This includes software provided free of charge by us or any third-party software installed by you.

Submitting Your Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, you must notify us via email at info@ayraz.co.uk within seven days after discovering the alleged manufacturing defect. Your claim should include proof of purchase, date of purchase, and a detailed description of the alleged defect. We may request additional information concerning your claim, and you must provide it promptly.

Liabilities

We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, consequential damages, or any damage resulting from the use of our product contrary to our written specifications, instructions, recommendations, shelf-life limitations, technical datasheets, or recognized general and industry standards.

Transfer of Warranty

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any other person or entity. If any part of this Warranty is deemed illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

Entire Agreement and Jurisdiction

This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between AYRAZ LTD and you, the purchaser, regarding the warranty of any product purchased from us. All previous statements and agreements, except for fraudulent or false statements, are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Any disputes arising from the Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by our Warranty:

1. Accidental Damage
2. General Wear and Tear
3. Misuse, Neglect, or Buyer-Induced Damage
4. Incorrectly Installed Goods
5. Overheating due to Excessive Dirt/Dust Build-up
6. Consumables (Ink Cartridges, Batteries, etc.)
7. Data Recovery & Backing up of Data, Files, and Programmes
8. Remedying Incorrectly Installed/Incompatible Software Not Provided by Us
9. Remedying Viruses
10. Compatibility of Third-Party Software/Hardware
11. Damage Incurred Due to Poor Packaging When Returning an Item (Customers are advised to keep the original packaging to prevent damage during return)

Changes to the Warranty

Any changes or extensions to this Warranty must be approved in writing by AYRAZ LTD through the technical service department to be binding.
